Week 4 - From Prompt to Skill
In this session, we moved from simply writing prompts to building custom AI systems that Claude can use again and again. We covered the difference between a one-time prompt and a reusable skill, how to identify repetitive tasks that are worth systematizing, and the key components that transform a good prompt into a powerful workflow. Through live examples, we walked through the process of refining instructions and packaging them into tools that can consistently execute complex tasks with speed and precision. By the end of the session, you'll understand when to use a prompt versus a skill and how to begin creating your own library of AI-powered capabilities tailored to the way you work.

Week 5 - Claude, meet *your name*
You've taught Claude how to do the work. What it still does not have is YOU. Who you serve, how you think, what "great" looks like in your business. Today we fix that. First we bring your existing memory over from ChatGPT in about two minutes, then we run the 25 questions that load your full identity into Claude for good. After this, Claude stops meeting you as a stranger every time you open a chat.
Next session, we'll dive deeper into Claude getting to know your business, and feed it the proper "context files".Â
