Fall Coaching Collective starts 

September 13th, 2022!

 

There are two group coaching programs running this fall.  One for newer agents (less then 3 years in the business) and the other for more seasoned agents.  We meet virtually twice a week for 6 weeks.  The first meeting of the week is for a specific topic training, the second meeting is an open forum Q&A and coaching.  I cap these at 6 members so we can keep it to an intimate group.

  • We meet every Tuesday & Thursday for one hour 12-1pm or 1-2 depending on your group. 
  • Each week consists of a specific topic/lesson with time in between our next meeting to integrate the information. We then meet again on Thursday to discuss any questions you have from the lesson or on any topic, issues you are experiencing in your business that you would like direct coaching on.       
  • Every session will be recorded in case you need to watch the replay, but live participation is strongly encouraged for energetic reasons we will discuss during the program.                             
  • You do get personalized coaching, but it is within the group setting so everyone can learn from your fabulous questions, coaching and personal experience applying the information.  I call this tribe learning and why I love group coaching so much!  
  • By the end you will have learned wonderful tangible lessons you can start applying immediately to your business, received personalized coaching and guidance & connected with a really special group of like kind women who have your back!
